Really missing O’Nein tonight. This second half, their whole structure is built around blocking the passing lanes and then springing the press on Ballard. They’ve identified him as the weak link on the ball. O’Nein starts so many attacks by stepping or passing through the lines and gets us on the front foot with regularity and ease. With Ballard he just has to go back to Patterson, whose distribution is just terrible.

Those two will not get out of this division for this reason imo. Good players, but not good enough with the ball.
