The music was great, all four bands were really good.Enjoy perhaps you could post on this thread about how it went?
Three odd shoes at the peacock canny, lead singer bashin the drums, unusual, entertaining.
Then off to the live lounge for Scarborough band Friday street, played the set well but really generic song choices. Once seen soon forgotten.
Sure I've read 9pm Mr KBYou going to see FM at the Peacock at 18:00 this evening?

As Jim Diamond pnce said
I shouldve known better ....
Not seen the new line up FM so looking forward to it
Seen them once, they are excellent mind. I think they are from Darlington way. I was talking to a couple from Newton Aycliffe who had came to the Peacock to see them. They were saying they loved the town mindThey are a last minute replacement for the excellent Tamla Motown All Stars who had to cancel.

Well we were in general admission, tbh it looks like we were getting in quicker than the vip queue, no queues at bar or food, ground a bit soft in place but not too bad, will probably be terrible for those going today. Great music and atmosphere, enjoyed it.The music was great, all four bands were really good.
Sadly the organisation was atrocious.
Gates should have been open at 3.30 and folks were still waiting outside at nearly 5.00 before the gates opened.
The VIP area was oversubscribed as the queues for the bar and food were long, then the one poor woman doing burgers aka “quality BBQ” ran out of foodthe “luxury toilet” nearly capsized it was leaning over so much !
It was shambolic.
I enjoyed the music a lot, the crowd made the most of it.
Will take a massive act to tempt me back tho.
No mate, saving the gas for tomoraYou going to see FM at the Peacock at 18:00 this evening?
