Sunderland music thread

The Grove music venue in Byker, anyone been to a gig there ?
If yes, any good ?
Skids are on next Friday
Aye, I really like it in there. Good little room, bar serves good beer. Was on Looper last time.

Skids are canny as well. Only thing I’m not happy about is apparently he played up to the crowd in Newcastle after doing a gig here calling us. Didn’t hear it personally, but I was at the Peacock gig so he was probably talking about me. Twat.

Yes I've been a couple of times, it's canny good, I like it, it's just a shame it is where it is. Good selection of beers and ales, got full circle looper on 🤣. Bar is separate from the venue. Im there for the skids on Friday

Just back from the Panthers, 1st time I've seen them, enjoyed it ,knew most of the songs which is worrying 😀

Get a grip Sunday next for me although may pop to mallard to see FM Saturday night

Yes I know it's a bit early but The Hudson Sisters are doing The Alexander on New Year's Eve.

I know they are an acquired taste, but I think they're a class turn.

£10 a ticket.
