One of my favourite Sunderland acts Field Music along with Tom A Smith Ady Ferguson Lake Poets Slalom D Frankie and the Heartstrings Baz Warne the Toy Dolls the Futureheads etc , though the Golden Virgins would be my favourite all time Sunderland band.
I think they played there 1st ever single release in the White Room. I was there

Worth mentioning that Roker Riviera is on at the Navy Club on Saturday night. It’s a club night with a dj rather than live music, but is definitely a positive on the music scene.
It always sells out like.
