I'm loving how much of a stretch this ITK claim is!

"We have a printer where I work!"

We must work in the same industry as we also have a digital printer where I work too, although ours isn't just for paper. (It does card too!)

He's right though, without seeing it I'd put money on it being a sublimation.

(aye, I'm in the industry too, so that's a stretched ITK as well. :lol:)
