The kids enjoyed it so I didn't mind but my neighbours fumed. I'll be honest though and say I'm happy enough it's not here this year.

I thought it was a bit of a strange decision but apparently the town have a Christmas programme set up this year all around Mowbray park

I saved money by taking the kids through Blackpool Illuminations just once . Wife videod the whole thing through the sunroof.

For the next 11 years they watched the video at home.

In fairness to me I added some authenticity by providing free crisps and pop.
