He should be aiming for the championship and will get it IMO. Lads outstanding
 

I'd have all of last seasons regular u21 starters out on loan. Pointless playing anymore u21 football as they've had enough of that now.

The purpose of having an Academy is to create footballers for our 1st team 1st, if not for our 1st team for other pro clubs. Loaning lads out will help with this
 
Is there a table with u21 appearances etc rather than individual player 🤔 thought we played younger players in 21s quite often last season.
Last seasons 21s out on loan, Crompton (end of contract), Kelly (end of contract), Johnson, few of the keepers went out. Middlemas early last season to shields

Is there many regular starters who weren’t under 18?
 
Was shocked when I was talking about Finn Geragusian the other day and he still hasn't been offered professional contract yet. This isn't bias talking as I know him personally, but surely if anyone is worthy of one, it's him. 17 and performing well regularly in the U21s.

I think they have other contracts to sort out first, he'll get offered one this summer or next summer, i don't think there's a rush with him.

I think the one thing we can be confident with is they know what they’re doing with this type of thing. With the likes of Stewart & Watson, it was a case they knew they weren’t going to sign so took action.

Even the likes of Cirkin & Neil, we know it’s ongoing & plenty of players, like Ballard & Hume have signed new contracts out of the blue.

Given the way the club is being ran I’d guess they’d be well aware of youths.

Aye it’s a bit of a suprise but there is often one you think will be offered early and then they don’t.

Agree with this. Stepped up well and hard working lad. Think he is our next best prospect after Matty Young.

Interesting one this pros given the previous year at 17 were Rigg ,Young and Trey O . The rest went the distance .. I am sure it will happen for Finn G.. at some point
