I also dont see being friends with the main manager as a negative wheb hes otherwised qualified. Hes not there to argue with him, hes there to suggest which lads are ready to step up

Seems that the appointment is for more than the U21 job according to his facebook/twitter page and may encompass the U18 role also. Forgotten what the title was but the role seemed to encompass a few things. Hettonlass usually knows about these things.
