Well tbh we live in a age where teachers strike every 2 weeks between extra training days and can barely work when there’s a bit of snow outside the school too

So no wonder Sunderland struggle with a bit of rain/ thunder and lightning (hours ago)

There was plenty of lightning as can be seen on a map that somebody posted and a photo from @RestlessNatives and many videos being posted by people on Facebook.
