England played Australia at Durham the other month and Bairstow was 12th man. after the game he came out of the main entrance like a bear with a sore head, blanked all the bairns wanting his autograph and went in the huff with the stewards because he couldnt negotiate the crowd control barriers to get to his car. Went on like an absolute wanker.

On the flip side, came out of the nets before the SA T20 at the Riverside and signed as many autograph's as he could as 100 screaming kids waved pens and cards in his face. He even tried to calm them down and get them in some sort of order so he could sign them all but to no avail.

What impression am I supposed to form of him after that show of petulance? Why would I have anything particularly good to say about him if he does that?

Seems pretty obvious that if someone does something like that you wouldnt be overly impressed.

Indeed. A few people mentioned that he seemed to be in a mood but he signed our stuff no bother (that said only a couple of people were around at this time)
