I'm loathed to put my money in the US at the minutewas going to go all in on the S&P early this morning but had 2nd thoughts on it
haven't watched it, but always a bit wary as often once you dig you find the presenter has links with a certain provider, not always as neutral a view as they make out on many of these finance advisor youtube videos . They wouldnt be doing it for freeGood review of the various platforms

It isn't over yet I fear with more ups and downs to come. I wouldn't get too carried away by the markets today. The markets are canny mental mind: weeks of instability and missiles flying around the Middle East followed by a tentative ceasefire and loads more unpredictability to follow, yet stocks heading back towards record levels within a day. Shows that it's impossible to time these things and patience is critical.

Some canny rates above 4% at the moment
Whats the crack with people's recent investments then?
I pulled all my dosh out of the S&P a few months back for a big purchase but have a few grand leftover so wanting to start saving now for retirement.
I'm thinking stick £333 a month away into my T212 S&S Isa to hopefully make some good profits over each year then stick £4k in my Lifetime Isa every March to get the government's 25% bonus.
S&P500 would typically be a good shout but with Russian Sleeper#1 as POTUS who knows where money will be safe.
