He’s made a couple of decent signings this summer, Jed Wallace and John Swift. Dike and Karlan Grant should score goals but they’ve got a bloated squad with some big earners. Can see them pushing for play offs but not automatic promotion. They’ve got a tough start as well haven’t they, Boro and Watford in the first couple?

nobody else has been in football for 45 years ever. I mean straight away Alex Ferguson came to mind who was involved in football from 1957-2013. Or Bobby Robson who was involved for 54 years iirc.

Unbroken he says, then later in the article talks about having 6 months out...

He says later in the piece that he's now appreciated by sunderland fans.
