I've said all season and still maintain that there is very little difference between the top 6 in the Championship and the bottom 6 of the Premier League. We'll have a lot of strong teams to compete with next season. I think it's good news that Hull look in trouble and I'll be watching closely how the playoffs unfold, but there'll be a lot of teams better placed to make promotion pushes than us next season.

It's a shit league and if we get our act together we'll be right up there. I remember when we had our 15 point season and then won the Championship the year after.

My concern would be what's the point in coming back up if it's just going to be the same as our last few years in the Prem? The club just has a bit of a Groundhog feel about it.

Playing devils advocate..WHAT IF it is a case where it is just like all the other managers who have gone before and that it is mainly the players letting him down.

It is just he is doing the worst at trying to get a very bad lot of players to play well. They all had a squad of poor players to try to win games with. They all did so with varying degrees of success. But David Moyes is right down there at the bottom of the managers who seemed capable of turning water into win and somehow get a squad of poor players to get a result. Give him a better squad of players and how would he do if he used his primary tactics? It was I think like that with O'Neill especially. I don't believe with better players he could ever have still been as bad. I still think he was the real deal for us. But poor players made it hard for him to put into practice a set of tactics that a squad of better players would have seen it work well.
 
Unless there are sweeping changes, mid table at best, at best I tells ya!
 
The main thing I've noticed about the championship is that teams are very rigid. 4-4-2 is king.
Most of the games are like a tennis match, in that they are fairly end to end but each team almost allows the other to have their go. There is very little pressing.
 
Absolutely deluded. We are in no position to be expecting promotion-the debt, the nature of the league being a slog, awful squad, lack of positivity and Moyes will see to that. A relegation battle is more likely while he is still here he is sucking the life out of supporting SAFC. I have no confidence in any of the people on the board that they have learnt from past mistakes either.

We will do anything but piss it man.
We have moyes as manaager, massive debt with hardly any money to spend, absolute shite players who don't care with only 2 of them who are any good and will be away. It's not gunna be pretty.
