Staff Redundancies at SAFC

Complete bollocks. Pickford seems a pretty smart lad so to say he would risk pics getting out into the press of the team hammered is a joke.
Haway man. You're a bit naive to think there was no high jinos during the 'bonding' trip.

This is the original rotten core club.

When you think of all the money wasted on absolute chod, football is an awful business really.
Especially when the club lay on a trip to new York and all these people are grafting behind the scenes fantastic news again from the hierarchy! Pathetic! Team should have been told trip was cancelled double training sessions scheduled on home soil I'd have them running their Cocks off on Roker beach. The fact they have to go to New York for team bonding baffles the ass off me!

I can confirm this too.
Cant be true as it flies in the face of our head of performance and club partner satsuma loans:lol:

Adrian Lamb, Head of Performance at Sunderland AFC tells SAFCFanHub;

Consuming alcohol can hold you back in terms of training. Alcohol increases the conversion of testosterone into oestrogen, especially beer as it contains hops which are highly oestrogen.

However, he also reveals it is more about the volume of alcohol rather than drinking the odd one or two beers the evening before training:

Research indicates that 1-2 drinks doesn’t significantly affect athletic performance the next day. More than two drinks, however, leads to reduced strength and slower reaction times. One study has shown a reduction in power by 45% after three drinks the day before.

You certainly aren't the only one.

Funny as this kind of thing was going through my mind on Sunday when I was on the stadium of light tour, the guy who showed us around was an older fella and I was thinking if we go down and this all goes tits up I wonder if he would still be in a job next season.

Massively mate. Real shame. The amount of mistakes and money that our club have made and gone though it's utterly obscene.

Scandalous really but like with Portsmouth many of the people responsible will be long gone and it will be us the supporters left with the shite to deal, players being sold with and possible administration looming.

He's still overseen two relegations of the seven in our entire history.

True but both times you had squads talented enough to be nowhere near a relegation battle. Sometimes things just go tits up.

The alternative is do a complete review of the business , highlight inefficiency or over staffing in certain departments , plan for our almost certain relegation and reduced income streams , then do fuck all ?

He's been brought in to do a job , looks like he's got a damn quick grasp on the business and made some relatively unpleasant decisions , that's what he's paid for , maybe Byrne should have done the same years ago ? , that's what she failed at and paid the price with the loss of her job .

You can divert attention by blaming the players , the New York trip or anything that takes your fancy , it doesn't change the facts that the club is overstaffed and inefficient with it .

I've said before , some at SAFC have had it far too good for far too long , welcome to the real world.

If Bain oversees a relegation after Byrne had overseen so many successful survivals would Bain be a success and Byrne a failure?
