St Benedicts hospice is having a sunflower day. Trying to encourage everyone to wear yellow in support of the hospice.
Tonight landmarks like Penshaw Monument and the Spire Bridge will be lit up yellow.
It’s a fantastic provision that has supported so many families in Sunderland. 3 hospices have closed this year. Let’s not let it happen to St Benedicts.
So if you can, wear yellow and if you can, please make a donation.
 


The bairns school is doing a wear something yellow day, so he's in a yellow t-shirt and has taken in a £1 donation :p.
Don't begrudge donating to hospices, they do a great job making folks comfortable during the end of their lives.
