Spurs be lucky to stay up

They’re staying up

They’re not.
I know someone who has got them at 40-1 to go down, lumped £50 on it, start of the season.

Thought it was a canny bet even at the time, because 40-1 for the team that finished 17th the year before is daft.

I would make them favourites right now. West Ham have the best manager, Leeds will squeeze out a few results at Elland Road. It’s them or Forest for me and Forest for a tremendous result last night. Think Forest have better players as well, to be honest.

I am undecided about Tottenham Hotspur. I want them to get relegated of course. Nothing pleases fans more than to see a giant brought down to their knees. It's been the promoted sides for too long. To see a regular go down would be brilliant. Whether it is Spurs, Nottingham Forest or Wolves.

But if you are a fan of a promoted team then they take on a different angle. None of us have beaten them. Bournemouth and Fulham have both beaten them in both fixtures. The mags beat them in London and could only draw with the mags at SJP. Man City beat them in Tottenham's first away game and drew with City in Tottenham's place. But whereas they drew with us at their place, they drew away to Burnley and beat them in the first game of the season at home and Leeds they beat away at Elland Road. They are yet to play us at the SOL and them at home.

They are still a very tough team for anyone coming up.

They are definitely skirting relegation but it is a bit previous to say they're going down isn't it?

Are their remaining games super hard... no🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s a strange but canny situation with all the clubs down there. I mean I like West Ham but hate their owners and it would be good to see that terrible athletics stadium half full at best in the championship. Also spurs and their billion English pound stadium hosting championship football would be fun to watch. Then you have dirty Leeds and let’s be honest it’s always good to see those dirty gits relegated. And Forest with their dodgy owner who sacked the bloke who could keep the hammers up and send Forest down. I don’t see a downside to any of it.

Form table from the last 10 games. Both Forest and West Ham are closing in at a rapid rate.

And the remaining fixtures for those three. West Ham definitely have the hardest fixtures of the bunch, but at the same time West Ham are the ones playing the best football at the moment.

There's no way to spin it where Spurs aren't in major trouble right now.

Nice that the data XG frauds at Christmas who said Sunderland and Villa are due a plunge got found out.

We like to mock it, but it should be giving our recruitment team a few pointers for the summer. You can’t outperform it forever. It’s also telling us what the eyes tell us: we need to create a lot more chances.

Forest wad be down now without Anderson and MGW who has 8 goals from midfield. Its definitely in our interests for them to stay up,both will be gone and what's left of that team is highly unlikely to get 35-40 points next season.WHU under Nuno would be fine,Spurs surely would improve.Leeds would be down there again.

Oh that is so clever... still one has to think Spurs must have the depth to pull something out.
