I’d be fairly certain some jobsworth steward would come and take it down/ask you to take it down.
Stick it up last minute and people around you will argue it for you id like to think.
Do like we did with Bents return. Group of lads. Down the front. Unfurl them and laugh at the stewards. Bents face man as he stood in the line up![]()
Politics Forum this shite.
Class idea this!Great idea.
Would cost £70 for 1000 pairs
I’m personally going to attempt to get something sorted for the Coventry game like. Naturally the details won’t be shared on here![]()
Brilliant idea and cheap to execute (pardon the pun). The best type of protest is the simplest .
That would be to give out a disposable glove like they give out at petrol stations but red.
A rendition of no blood on our hands as per the other thread whilst everyone holding up their red hand would be hugely symbolic .
That's a cracking idea tbf, if it could be organised. Best I'd come up with was tennis balls dipped in red paint to symbolise blood, but there'd obviously be loads of bother if they were chucked on and delayed the game. Albeit at least the cameras would have to pick it up. The glove idea is probably better, but you'd need hundreds doing it for it to be visibleThe best type of protest is the simplest .

Is the biggest problem .Our fanbase isn't organised enough.
If there was a way to organise something whereby they are handed out on the way to the ground and with collection buckets for Amnesty International taking voluntary donations too, it would help give this a positive outcome too which could be publicised. I'd happily stump up for a box or two of gloves if it helped get things moving but I agree the organisation is always the hardest thing. Given their profile it would be good for SO37 to get involved but appreciate they've had their hands burned already. Is the biggest problem .
Where do you distribute a glove ?
The club will not allow them near the turnstiles.
Sheepfolds ?
The other way would be to get a ‘ bring a red glove ‘ message out on social media over the next few weeks .
Maybe start the ball rolling at Coventry game .
A lot of folk will have a red glove somewhere in their house. Those that don’t can maybe collect one from the flag lads on sheepfolds .
Are Spirit of 37 still doing a display or not going to bother since the club vetoed the first one
Don't blame themStill doing it. Their final ever one
See that’s the problem . The majority of fans will be happy with the 3/4 ground display .Still doing it. Their final ever one

Wouldn’t red hands represent blood on our hands? The best type of protest is the simplest .

Yeah not sure it works personally but agree with the principleWouldn’t red hands represent blood on our hands?
Be better if they pulled it in my opinion, tell the club to stuff it.Are Spirit of 37 still doing a display or not going to bother since the club vetoed the first one
Then you sing blood on your hands instead whilst holding up a red handWouldn’t red hands represent blood on our hands?
