Speakman

Being passed off as “being thorough” by Speakman. There is only one decent option, give him the job.

Staring to see that KLD knows what’s best and Speakman is looking after himself. Get him peddled if he keeps hesitating. Wondering if our style of play is modeled on him, no urgency and too fragile.

He should know if he chooses someone else his own job won’t go beyond this season. We won’t go up and he will be the target of everyone’s ire for passing Keano over.

Being in this league is failure in my book. Sunderland being this poor in this league is something I find very difficult to stomach. What I find more difficult to stomach, is some idiot spraffing on about taking time, whilst Rome/the season dissolves around him. f***ing unbelievable.
Agreed.

That interview today was utterly idiotic and unnecessary. I think there’s a bit of a power struggle.

If the clowns he allowed to take charge today, or even worse McCann/Lennon are in charge on Tuesday, he should be hounded out.
Agree completely. He did a podcast with them two a few days ago and goes back on today. Hes worried.
Funny as fuck like. Being thorough.

16 games left slipping out of the playoffs. Take your time Speakman lad. Probably signed Keane up on Wednesday but Keane has to pass his Microsoft Office access course before he's allowed to manage the team.
Class hearing keanooooo reverberate around the SOL today. Speakman will have been furious.

It was like. He will have felt threatened.

My season card is going to one of my mates if someone like McCann gets the job.

Can't help think about Ian wright's comment last night when he said its got to be right upstairs. I think the dithering in the search for the manager is perhaps uncertainty from keane on whether to take the job.

If Lennon gets it I actually will jack my ticket in. I'd be livid with McCann but would still go. Lennon would demonstrate there's a rabbit away someehere so fuck that.

I wonder who got rid of LJ and signed Defoe. Right now I’m inclined to think KLD. Embarrassed by Maguire and then Bolton…:seen too much to let us go on.

I know it’s not the job they were brought in for but those utter incompetents who put that side out today are his men.

Don’t want to ditch the whole approach but if It’s Speakman or Keane get Hey Jude blasting and the P45 ready:

He’s probably good at what he knows - running an academy set up/developing youth players.

Let him stick to that, and bring in a manager to manage the first team.

Aye this is fair. They both praised him really highly for his work with younger players.

Although I do think it's hurting us currrently. On particular young players that aren't ours anyway.
