You have to say he's been integral to getting this club back to where we are, and has done an excellent job.

I admit, I was more just a bit sceptical of him when he came in (blame the previous regime), and lost me blob when the Keano thing fell through, but he's been the right man in the long run and won me round. It's rare that happens.

We came up with little time to prepare for the Premier League, so moved quickly to bring in our signings without waiting for others to move on first. Although no longer part of the first team we had a huge squad of professional footballers on our books. The upheaval in the squad was a two man job, we're in a better place now and Ghisolfi will manage everything by the looks of it.

Was quite a divisive figure at times in terms of how he was viewed. But fair to say he did a very good job for us and was a big factor in our rise up the leagues. Good luck to him.

I’d say professionally respectful rather than glowing.
 
Ultimately done an extremely good job.

I do think we ran out of ideas a touch in the market and had came unstuck a fair bit once promoted to the championship trying to expand our horizons. Regis coming in seemed to re-energise that and he clearly had more of a say than previous head coaches.

He'll have plenty of offers in terms of work but it probably had to happen eventually with Ghisolfi here.
 
Strange timing, you'd expect he's been offered another job so wouldn't be surprised to see him back at Birmingham now they have mega money.

Very good for us though, some downs but plenty more ups and we definitely wouldn't be in the premier league now without the foundations he's built.
