Disappointed by this, he's been absolutely brilliant for us

Club taking no prisoners by the looks of it. Although Speakmans and Ghisolfi’s roles dovetailed to an extent, I’m shocked by this decision. This on top of Vulcano, winds of change blowing through the club. Just hope this all works out for Speakman and the club.

Mate who has links to the club text me and he said there's been a massive falling out behind the scenes over the Hume hybrid role. Speakmann and others have been putting pressure on RLB to at least rotate or try something different. RLB is stubborn and refused, leading to this.

Whatever the rights & wrongs of some of his decisions (Beale FFS) his take on developing the culture within the club was incredibly progressive & far reaching.

We wouldn’t be here without him, it’s that simple. I’m very sorry to see him go.
