Sad state of affairs the way football has gone, some fans don't even want to win a trophy, the Premier League has totally ruined what it's all about.
Well apart from some Arsenal fans and the media who thought Wenger should go due to this fact.
4th place is not a trophy...? We can only dream of a top 4 finish and watching a team like Arsenal every week.

I know it's only early in the season and things can change so quickly but come on what does the Premier League bring other than shit loads of debt and heartache to a club like ours.

I like Arsene Wenger and Arsenal, he knows what he wants from his team and gets it without someone just bank rolling the club, they are a club ran correctly and in my opinion are the best in the league.

Anyone thinking it's easy to say as they are top of the league, see my posts early in the season when I said sarcastically that it must be shit being an Arsenal fan.

Id take relegation if it meant we won a cup, without a doubt.

People are f***ing mad. You don't get anything finishing say, 6th in the league, and yet people would prefer that over a cup! I'm not talking about getting relegated in comparison, but the point being... A cup is actually an achievement! FFS we could use an achievement for this club! Being anything but the #1 team in the league means fuck all ... 2nd best means you won shit!

I'd take the cup gladly. Teams that "play to lose" are losers. We need to go into this match full steam ahead and try and salvage some confidence.

Its all well and good saying the players and club should give it a real go.. but when the fans dont really bother and the atmosphere is shit then it doesnt really produce a cup winning atmosphere.
