They have admitted guilt, although a lot less than is reasonably obvious.
Why don’t the EFL relegate them to League one or get them to start from minus 40 points which will punish them and show an example of the potential punishment to other cheats.

This case has ultimately been decided on the basis that breach and attempted breach were enough, regardless of whether any sporting benefit was actually obtained. In fact, at no stage was there any finding that the club actually obtained any sporting advantage as a result of the conduct in question.
They need sacking and banned from football each for a year at a minimum. They knew full well what they were doing by bullying interns then using the information gained for unfair advantage. Get them out the league

I think this is what the FA investigation will end with tbh. The fact they're still shitting on when they were caught red handed speaks volumes. They're taking the piss out of their own fans and putting a massive target on the club for next season.

Just had a wade through the thread on SaintsWeb, the most recent posts appear to include. Virtually no evidence if that's the worst of the texts, Tonda not instructing anyone, just a big media stitch up, we are going to Sue the EFL into oblivion because we have Clifford Chance acting for us (same lawyers as City) and also because two of the three on the EFL panel have solid links to Boro, etc, etc, etc. Points deduction will also be reversed. I would have expected some contrition by now but pretty much the exact opposite.

Maybe becos he could drop a lot of others in the shite if sacked? It’s the only explanation that fits imho.
He can surely be sacked with no compo. If he leaves with any money no matter how it’s dressed up it’s obvious why.
