Southampton spying compendium thread

Only know a handful of Southampton fans but they seem to be accepting of decision and wanting Sport Republic to sell up.

May look foolish going back on the initial penalty but they should.

It's ridiculous kicking them out. They won it fair & square on the pitch.
Cheat in a knockout competition and you get thrown out and the team you played and cheated against go through.

Pretty standard stuff. See Swindon - Luton this year, Barnsley in the fa cup a couple years ago and even Sunderland lasses when they got whipped by villa 7-0 but got the points when they brought on an ineligible player whilst 3-0 up.

standing in the eye of the storm - staring into space like a lizard trapped in the body of a P.E. teacher - has been Southampton’s manager, Tonda Eckert.

A fish rots from the head, and it’s fair to say that Eckert has navigated the past two weeks with a dead-eyed reptilian charmlessness I’ve rarely seen in elite football management.”

:D

Absolutely gut wrenching. Manager and his staff should be ashamed of themselves,

from listening to a few podcasts, I think there is a precedent for Fifa to get involved and outright ban their manager. There is plenty more in this to come out. What happens if Wrexham come forward? They could have been in the playoffs had it not been for this. It is very suspect that the only games they admitted were ones that made no difference to the final league tables. Absolutely no one believes those are the only games that are effected.

Rather have seen Hull vs whoever finished 18th in the Prem.

Boro have already lost. Their player missing a sitter and getting them a good advantage had nothing to do with a bloke stood next to a tree. The lost over two legs.

Feel sorry for Hull. Boro have been able to prepare for Hull since resuming training.

Whereas Hull, the only side that has done nothing wrong and actually qualified by winning have been in limbo, preparing for a final without knowing who they’d be playing.
