They have admitted to the panel and the EFL, to not just one, but multiple occasions where they have been spying on opponents. It's becoming clear that this has been known of and going on for sometime and not just with the Boro. The EFL obviously have had evidence from months ago but Boro was the final piece they needed. Southampton admitting to the charges changes nothing, in fact I would think the four points deduction is nowhere near enough bearing in mind what Sheff Wednesday and Leicester, to a lesser extent have been deducted points for.. This is blatant cheating out some financial penalty.
