Southampton manager should be sacked immediately and banned from English football. He has take responsibility for it imo. The lad who was spying was obviously told what to do, he wouldn’t have done it off his own bat

When players appeal sendings off they can have their ban increased.

If Southampton do not take this on the chin and show some remorse then any appeal should increase the points deduction for next season. The whole of football should be behind this decision.
