I trained for the Everest basecamp trek around greenbank,i am still able to calf-press more than most in the gym.Unusual crime for somewhere like south hylton,was always an olde worlde type village,one-way-in-and-out before the metro.

If this has been a genuine burglary and a gang have broken in armed and attacked the occupant then the courts should give out a hefty sentence

Usually if going in using force looking for something in particular.

Hope they get a long sentence will play on ya mind that getting stabbed in own home.
