Trying to renew ST.

All fine until direct debit page.

just keeps coming up with error message on sortcode saying not valid whatever format i use

Any had same issue?

I renewed mine only 2 days ago and remember the sort code was a chew on what format are you trying ?
 
As others have said, someone on here posted the other day saying the hyphen issue sorted it and it went through no bother. I find it mental that something so insignificant could be blocking people renewing or having to ring or go to the ticket office in person. Shows the basic design must be a bit crap because they could very easily solve that by just adding a line to explain the format you’ll need to put it in.
 
Direct debit renewal period has passed. Deadline for that was 3rd April.

You’ll have to pay in full now.

If only the club had communicated this about a million times over the last 2-3 months via various different methods and platforms *shakes fist*

That’s not the case is it dd is still an option?. Yep can still be payed for by dd.

Said it before; our ticketing and payment system is an abject farce.

The only thing about the club which is still league one standard.

I renewed quite easy , so have most people

Things can go wrong now and again but we have had 30 thousand renewals so the system can't be that bad
