Don't know mate I always assumed we had been able to dodge some debts but saw Steve Gibson get interviewed and he said they had to pay every penny or the FL were going to publish the fixtures without us in them.

As someone has said the rules must have changed now.
 
Gibson said the football league were absolute twats with us. Kept moving the goalposts on what we needed to do to prove we were able to carry on.

These days I would assume it is more defined what a club has to do.

Probably with you being a northern club , They would have been more lenient with southern clubs.
