Somerset v Durham 22nd - 25th July

That wicket is a disgrace. I'm waiting until Somerset bat before passing judgement. Literally looks like they plonked the stumps anywhere on the square. Do they still report pitches for excessive wickets in a day?

very rare a pitch gets reported these days mate that shocker at Worcestershire did not.

That pitch is an absolute shit tip.

The no ball Davey bowled in the third over of the match produced a puff of dust when he planted his foot. The third over of the day. WTF have they prepared here?!

In other news, hasn't the production quality of the CC streams increased markedly from recent years. Not just one camera on a pole at each end and the local radio hacks. This has multiple manned cameras, replays, commentary box cam, and actual Andy Caddick!

Sometimes, when I listen to the commentators on our stream I miss the local radio hacks.

What's that one from Derby called? He's the reason the word lugubrious was invented, but he's great.

Canny bloke is Andy. I remember him turning out for Clevedon (the club he started with) after knocking first class on the head.
