Hearing loads of people having issues and I include myself in that. This was supposed to be an improvement and I just don’t see how the club see any benefit in not publishing the prices. It’s 3 tiers of pricing that nobody can argue with as it celebrates loyalty. Just publish the damn prices so everyone knows they’re paying the right money ffs!

What’s more concerning is the puppet press are so silent. We all know they visit here.

Am in U5. And sorted mine for £661.50 on Monday. My mate who is the seat next to me has went on tonight and it’s £716.50. Judging by this I’m gonna get contacted and the price is £716.50?

Aye, I got the email on Friday too, but was a bit suss about it… I’d been on a work cyber security refresher course all Friday afternoon and feeling a little paranoid!

Twenty years in the same seat and block and never experienced a shit show like this

Surely this is a wrong business model, to treat customers who have moved seats as new as opposed to their loyalty of decades - three in my case?

@No. 1 is Gary Rowell @ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK got my new Uber supporter rate for U5, £716.50, £37.71 / game, 15.56% price rise. Over the moon not to miss out on the loyalty, which I mistakenly believed was going to be the case due to seat move.

It is the "RED ZONE" (U5,6,7 but also some Blocks upstairs) that have been undercharged.

There are overcharging issue stories from all over the ground. Mainly relating to length of having had an ST and age brackets.

one of my kids is £6 more expensive than the other , cant be arsed to chase them to ask why so just paid it, system is shite though

I don't know where you're getting the 28% increase from with the £516.65 as it was £620 last season. Therefore it looks like you've also missed a payment. The actual increase is 15.3% for uber adults

Probably need to be alarmed as red section for East stand is now £715 for adults and possibly £230 (give or take £5) for U18 which is 24.3% increase. Some uber reds (possibly all in East stand) have been shown £660 in error which is the uber blue section. The club is in the process of contacting them to collect the difference as it's in the T's & C's.

I've just seen this and you haven't posted about it since as just checked your recent posts, nor did anyone reply to you. So just to double check, are you aware that you've probably been overcharged?

An adult uber only rose by 20% in yellow section, 14% in blue and 15% in red. No ticket rose anywhere by 40% unless you've been charged the glory supporter price in error like many others. See post #61 at the top of this page to check what you should have paid.

Anyway, that's me done for sharing price info as spent too much time on it this week but I'm a numbers freak I enjoy helping as many as possible who may not understand the increase cost/percentages or if they've paid the right amount or if they may actually have to pay even more but I may as well be SAFC customer service

Nah, its cause our young un went up age group from under 14s to under 18s. The overal price increase worked out at 38% for the two tickets.
