Some renewal prices incorrect

Brilliant, it went through as DDS. Thanks very much for your help.

£620 increased to £661.50 equals 6.7% price rise. Hopefully no Spoiler
Spoiler as in my Bad news spoiler in post #70 that you should be paying £715?

Personally I wouldn't like to chance getting away with it. See post #44 in this thread as to why.

I'm assuming there are lots of issues with the pricing.
I've had no response to my Asksafc of Tuesday.
In the past my queries have been dealt with fairly quickly.

I've had a bit of experience in pricing matters in the past and I think they've made the calculation too complicated, A simple 10% discount for anyone who had a season ticket in the Championship would have been well received and straightforward.

😆 It's just all in jest as they were originally NEW and you're an East Stand UBER anyway 😉

It's as @gramw said, they didn't want to as it's just 2 more simple matrix table like the ones they've done for a few seasons now.

Probably done to stop glory supporters moaning about having to pay more than ubers/2023'ers given the price difference last season being too much to bridge this season. It's a very positive thing they've done given the cheaper price for those who went during the shit seasons.

We're still cheap overall for a Premier League club when you look at it but the club has realised they can't just whack up the price in 1 season. They'll probably do it in stages and it could take another season or 2.
Not complaining at all, but did go all through the shit times but game by game as I’m a shift worker and can’t go to them all. Hand was forced though when we got promoted. It’s worked canny though as there’s always a family member can go when I’m at graft.

As I've got the figures, a quick calculation gives the table showing discount of the new price that old are paying. An adult in yellow is strangely near enough a 10% discount, it's less in blue and a bit more in red. Oldies have the 10% again in yellow but a canny discount in blue and a bit more in red that yellow.

There's still some £ price difference between old and new price to bridge. That's why they couldn't do a flat 10% as the increases for some age bands and colour sections would have been too high for people to absorb in 1 season.

More so when you look at the 3 younger generation concessions aged 21 or younger. They are still currently getting a big discount of up to 30-35% on new prices. Sadly in the next few seasons that may not exist any more so it means taking the bairns to the match may be a bot more costly and hopefully it's not all whacked on next season and they still have a loyalty of some kind.

I love how some on here are now using Uber as I hoyed it in the price table image 🤣

Aye it's correct for an adult uber and it's £28.95 per game as bottom row of tables show. It's gone up by £5.74 for next season from £24.21 per game this season.

This is phenomenal work well done

In that case I am sorry to the fellow red section people who are going to get lifted from 660 to 715. I’m paying 715 and was bitter yous were paying 660,

Am in U5. And sorted mine for £661.50 on Monday. My mate who is the seat next to me has went on tonight and it’s £716.50. Judging by this I’m gonna get contacted and the price is £716.50?

I've just gone to renew mine in U4 and it's coming up as £751.50🙁

I don’t really know much about ticketing systems, but enough to know you can put them in test mode and run dummy scenarios.

This entire process should have been tested from issuing test emails to matching them up against the actual.

Where is the cross checking the critical thinking in this department. I understood why a threadbare staff with dated systems might have struggled in days or old.

But this supposed to be a world class operation now. At some point someone has to be accountable for process not been fit for purpose. The customer can’t keep being inconvenienced

I’ve had no issue this time but in 2025 I had more ticket anxiety than I suffered stress in my job. Love my club and believe in them, but frankly it’s amateur
