Some renewal prices incorrect

In literally any other business it would be a case of "tough shit, the customer has already paid", but I bet it's not with this case...
And those that have paid more than they should have? Folk should just pay the correct amount and anyone paying the incorrect amount should either pay or be refunded the difference. If they don't want to pay the difference then they should be offered a full refund and the ticket can then be sold to someone else. Seems simple and fair to me.

I don't think they can...

They can if it's in the terms and conditions. It's on the 2nd page in Section 2: Season Tickets, point number 4.

Also note the bit about the club will contact affected fans. If they fail to get a response or the fan is unaware thinking they've got away with it as they haven't been contacted then the club could cancel and resell the ticket. This is why a few on here who know they've underpaid have made a reminder to check again in a few weeks if the club hasn't contacted them so they don't miss out on being cancelled which is wise given some of the bad experiences people have had in the past.

Completely different thing

Its like when people claim Asda have to sell a product for the price on the label. Total myth.

From the last department that still feels league one. There’s a shock. But but ticketmaster, but but seatgeek I think we’ve run out of companies to blame now, maybe the ticket office just isn’t up to task and needs an overhaul and investment to make it worthy of a premier league club with 38 k season ticket holders. Not blaming Doris or marggie I’ve seen with my own eyes at times what the public facing members of staff have had to deal with.

Spot on...

I'm a bit confused about this "pricing" structure.
Had a season ticket in the north stand since the stadium opened and paid £551.50.
Would this be right for someone who would fall into the new "category one" pricing band???

That could be the issue mate, there's quite a few on the ticket renewal thread who've had season cards for say 15 years like their mates, but some have moved in the last couple of seasons and are being charged a higher rate. It looks like it might be looking at how long you've had your seat, rather than your season card overall
I've had mine since 1992 the youngun (under 18) since 2018.

We moved seats in 2024 but a concession block to concession block.

My renewal quote is £551 the younguns is £231 but his should be £165

Had mine since it opened, currently been in the west stand for U20 and mine is £661.00 which I assume is correct.

Was £580.00 last year.

Have you actually renewed already or not yet?

I'll be annoyed if they say I need to pay more, but that's due to the ineptitude of the ticket office being able to put a simple table of prices out for everyone to check again. I totally agree that it's unfair that some should be charged less than others in the same category with the same loyalty points/length

Not quite yet, I'm doing my usual 'the f***ing price for football is ridiculous' sulk at the minute and leave it till the last minute when I decide bugger it and then put it all through
