They're supposed to be the full width of the opening that's already there, so I presume the height will have to increase to keep them in proportion.
Not necessarily. It's not a TV with a standard format. The width/height ratio can be whatever the club chooses. There probably is more scope for height at the north stand, though. The south stand may be different but who knows (other than those in the club dealing with it).
