The other three stands developed to be like the west stand. All brick with black windows. Would look classy and very different to the modern fare. Its proximity to the city centre, especially with the new bridge, is a real bonus.

That was always the plan apart from the North Stand that was restricted due to the proximity of the road behind, The South, East and Corners will look like the West Stand.
