Not necessarily in cash. These stadium improvements will most likely count as capital and fall outside the scope of PSR; if owner cash is limited it makes sense to borrow externally to fund longterm spend, while saving owner inputs to offset/increase allowable operating losses. It also directs owner investmentmore to the playing side.
 
A new pitch and under soil heating system will be installed to bring our playing identity to life 😂😂😂😂

What f***ing playing identity? We are one of the worst teams to watch in the league.
 
A good opportunity for fans to complain about those knackered hand dryers and stickers through the fans groups too!
