That said it’s probably worth extending the south stand 1. To stop development encroaching on it and 2. If nothing else to get more corporate space and improve the concourses etc

The clubs come to agreement with the council and the plans have been changed to accommodate a buffer zone and commercial development behind the South stand so there's no rush for a South stand development

My guess is they will see how attendances for the Europe games go, if we do well and progres then it'll probably get marked in for extension either next summer or the season following. I doubt they will jump in too early but if we defy odds and perform well in Europa its gonna be happening imho
 
Thing i don't get is them cracking on with legends way while talk of expansion is in the air.

I appreciate it could all be moved but its an added ball ache and is bound to end up with some stones people have bought being broken or lost.

Makes me think either east stand is where it will be extended or its not something they are actively considering beyond reconfiguration of the stadium as is for more corporate seats.

I signed up for 2 , missus did also = 4 on list, only needed 2.

I agree. I’m not sure we’ll see anything imminently but I think we need to.

No, no. Unlike Bob Almighty, I’m unimpinged by buildings and plans that don’t yet exist.

(Edit: I thought this was reference to something I’ve posted in the past about the north stand extension but I’ve just seen the other posters north stand redevelopment images!)

Got my call for a season ticket on Monday….need to wait a couple more days until I can afford it without being financially suicidal with it having to be bought outright.

Praying I can still get one in a day or two 🙏
