SOL expansion

Needs to be looked at now. I'd be staggered if any fan of a PL club threw anything down, Newcastle included

Ive watched a few games in Poland. When rival fans are placed above each other theres often netting to prevent objects being thrown, it doesnt impact the view a great deal and i dont think it would stop a coin... but it might be worth thinking about?

You can see it here

They look like a nice bunch of lads!

Was put to them a couple of years back after the issues continued and they decided against it:

"The installation of a protective netting was also explored and several UK and overseas options were evaluated, but following the implementation of the measures above, it was determined that they would not further reduce the risk of missiles due to the items commonly used."

Got all excited as there were 3 blokes on a cherry picker working on the South Stand this afternoon. Unfortunately they were cleaning the exterior and not starting the extension.

Get it built, before housing becomes an issue.
They'd still be painting the exterior even if we extend it....And I believe we will....people thinking we won't fill 55k is a bit silly tbh, we couldn't get 25k at RP in the latter days, and now we're averaging over 46k, with lots of fans cannot getting tickets, and we have an expanding population which is growing. I think we'll start the extention within 2yrs, with the sheepfolds development forcing our hand

Should have bought theirs aswell. Thought better of you.

I was lucky to get two. 😂
I notice the mags tickets go on sale 10am Tuesday 11th November to supporters that have purchased 4 or more home games in the 2024/25 Season. I presume they mean 25/26?

Nope will be the previous season
I can't even see my purchase history for last season. I know it was a lot more than 4 though.

It would be better if it was this season as it would make the pool smaller and reward those who usually go.

But it would’ve opened the door to mags buying tickets for games this season to get in for the derby.

I would be checking with asksafc to make sure , wouldn't want to get to the day and find it's not been recorded

Same here, my whole history was wiped, not even the fist time it has happened, only thing showing is 4 tickets to the lasses game against the Mags.
I just asked them and they said:

Good Afternoon,

We are sorry that you can't see your purchase history, however we can see this back office and can confirm that you are eligible for a Newcastle ticket.

Kind Regards,
Ticket Office

Very fast reply too!
