The Division we're in has nothing to do with it. That's what gave you away.

If your team gets the NE place and the Premier League subsequently kick out your Saudi owners and you get relegated that in itself wouldn't be cause for taking a place from you.

It’s no surprise sadly, Newcastle was always going to get p8cked over us.

Such a shame as would have been a massive boost to the city

The public transport is shocking in Sunderland. There has been that many cuts to services and merging of routes it's become almost impossible to travel from one place to another at certain times of the day.

Apart from seven Euro 2020 games, 2022 womens Euros, the Olympics in 2012, the rugby World Cup in both codes, Champions League final next year just to name a few that the UK has held in recent times
 
SOL is only a couple of thousand smaller capacity than St James's, but is a much better ground. Having had to go to the mags for a concert before, I was surprised how awful it was in their main stand

Nope it’s simply infrequent compared to say going to newcastle. I travel to London at least three times a month, and try to get grand central, but nearly always end up going to Durham or newcastle.
