2) The other teams haven't being sacking a manager of a year contributing to annual debts of 25/30 million per year so could actually afford to sack a manager, pay him off and pay for another one.

Aye let's just go down, we are shit.
 
lets see, we were struggling under Keane and since then we have been consistently near bottom of the league and sacked manager after manager. We're now currently bottom and people are crowing for the manager to be sacked Again!!. All those managers sacked and, we are still in the same position so, Sacking all of those managers has not worked at all.
