Well done chaos and chapettes! Been snowed under with uni work so exercise and eating healthy been a struggle but I'm around 13st 9lb now so not too bad

I managed to weigh in this morning. 216.6 lbs. So that's 3.4 lbs loss in three and a half months ! I'm still off the beer so i'm hoping that the results will get better in the next few weeks. Empathy with Restless Natives with the weight fluctuation.
