Second best part of any meal is the bits left on your plate. First best part is the caramelised/gloopy whatever stuck to the side of the roasting dish or container.

I used to do it as a kid but not now. I had a special plate for my Sunday dinner when I was younger. It was oval shaped and bigger than a normal plate and had a cow or possibly a bull printed on it. Fuck knows where my mam got that from but I loved it.
