Slow cooker settings

My slow cooker has three settings, high, warm and low. I need to put it on the lowest setting but not sure if it’s low or warm. Don’t have a food thermometer so short of letting it warm up and sticking my finger in I can’t tell which is lowest. Anyone know for sure?

Mine are High - Auto - Low - Warm. Warm is just for keeping warm. Low is the lowest cooking setting.
