Slot - could he be in trouble?

They were quite lucky to win the games they did, that Bournemouth game Bournemouth looked like the reigning champions not Liverpool. The writing was there the defence is shocking, spending all that money on attack when they’ve not really got strength in depth at the back. I’d argue their centre mid field options ain’t that great either for a side looking to win it all. Salah and vvd have aged overnight just after signing new bumper deals 🤔

Exactly, I don't know how anyone could watch that match and think Liverpool played great for 80% of it.

They were weak champions last season like. Just the best of an inconsistent bunch. I can't see Slot surviving the calendar year at this rate.
Aye there we even signs of this coming even towards the back end of last season tbf. Cup final they were honking and that tie against PSG bar one half at Anfield.

Salah was dragging them through games but he looks finished this season.

But how can they put that to one side when the crowd chants his name at the 20-minute mark of every game?

We also have no idea what support the players have received in terms of professional help.

Even if you are aware of the processes that exist and can afford the most expensive professional help in the world, there is still no guarantee that people will respond well to it within a couple of months.
I understand that there are a wide range of psychotherapeutic and counselling techniques available in common practice- CBR is it?. Cognitive behavioural therapy. Something as simple as pinging an elastic band which you wear around your wrist. Then when intrusive thoughts appear ' PING.'
''This is not the place to think about my Mate Jota when we are 3-1 down.''
Other techniques too.
I'm not trying to belabour the point and grief is fecking pervasive at times but with Liverpool there are far more visible problems.
Their recruitment. A rump of an ageing team. The arrogance that their plan for the transition only meant throwing money around. Then their rotten luck with form and injuries-to an extent.
It needs a complete reshuffle. Slot is tainted now. A 'bad' result against us and Liverpool will have to largely write their season of in December.

Clearly, you don't know what you're talking about, marra, so I'll leave it at that.

Pinging an elastic band off their wrist man

Not buying it like if you think they played great for 80% of those games, I've not seen anyone else say that about them this season.

Millwall keeper situation was tragic but he'd only been there one season, Jota had been at Liverpool for half a decade.
People are allowed alternative opinions to that of your own 👍🏻
