They REALLY don't like Sheffield United do they?!

I swear they enjoyed that as much as we did - some perhaps even more because they celebrated our win then got the added joy of laughing at their rivals losing from such a strong position.

Imagine being a Sunderland fan and going through that today then by next week you get demoted 2 leagues for financial irregularities.
That is how is felt for us.

I was thinking back today after the whistle those Sundeland fans after the game against us and how gracious they were after we beat them at Wembley.
I hope they were there today albeit older lads and lasses and loved every minute.
Never forgotten.

Was envious mind and can only hope we have some days like that soon as it’s getting tough supporting this.

Seems mutual, I was on the tube to the game with a load of blades, and all they sang the whole journey was for wednesday to mind the gap.

Aye proper mental, like next level to even us and the mags. Mind they haven't had much to cheer about for the last 30 year or so.

Deserve to be in the top leagues and are by far the biggest team in Sheffield imo.

I wasn’t there today but I was there when we played your lot. We didn’t turn up. Me and my bezzy were in your end dressed as Hula Hula girls but with our scarves on. Both 6’4” with slight beer guts. Not a pretty sight.
We sang our heads off and got no bother at all.
Tbh Mark, I still can’t quite believe what happened today. That second goal was a thing of beauty.

Thing is Mark you are a true supporter of your local club. It's hard to get big investment unless you are a club in London or the South coast. I'd rather be me and you rather than a tourist fan with an half n half scarf. Fuck your owners off you'll get a day out at Wembley.
