I mean surely they can see they need an ambitious manger who wants a rebuild cos that is what they need as a lot of these players they have now will show there true colours ands be away at the end of the season

You sound sympathetic towards them. Let them enjoy their Saudi masters and let them moan and mope. If ever a set of hyped up, delusional and self centred set of fans deserve this . They lap up the slavver delivered from the most biased media in the UK. It is time to let them watch on in awe as we go from strength to strength. Our time has come around on the footy cycle and they will jealously look on. Both sets of their fan base, those who attend and the fanatical ones who don the colours to leave the house but would never set foot in the Hotch Potch Stadium.
I can see the younger generation of the NE in those areas that were lost to all of the Hall hype, now seeing the light. We lost several generations of fans from the Keegan era onwards but now as they are in turmoil just watch us accelerate as a club. I don't want those back but welcome the generations to come. HTL.

Yep and they treated him pretty badly.

They have really tried to rewrite history over the last few years though. The statue was just an attempt to correct the fact they chased the bloke out of the club.
