Sir Bobby’s Gerst is back

When you look at some of the top teams that might be needing a new manager this summer, there isn’t going to be much of a choice for 2nd rated clubs like NUFC.
Potentially Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal. Maybe even Man City.
Real Madrid haven’t said anything about a permanent appointment yet either.

Mourinho is a big name but hasn't done much since he left Man Utd. Do OK at Roma, sacked by Fenerbahce and isn't sighting the world alight with Benfica. Even at Man Utd it was hit and miss.

I'd look at getting a young up and coming coach from Europe

They need to concentrate on getting a proper recruitment team in and a coach who works in that sort of set up. Don't think Jose is gonna be the type to take advice from anyone else
