Bought my first one today. Never really been on my radar previously.

    Is canny. Recommended.

I have my finger on the pulse like.

    Anyone else partake?

Great thread, excellent choice of subject. Simnel cake is lush.
  3. I usually make one but we're going away this year so I haven't.

The little one likes telling her brother he's allowed Judas' marzipan ball

Most British traditions were invented by the Victorians. Their best one was so called "Highland Dress" whereby Prince Albert got the Scotchies to dress up in skirts and frilly shirts. (Who said the Germans' have no sense of humour).
