Are the public allowed to use this? Never been before...or used a track so are there any rules I should know about?

I'm wanting to use it for sprints/walk intervals is that allowed?
 


I believe it's free, I've used it plenty of times without paying so I hope it's the case :lol:

Sprint/walk intervals is fine, some people just walk round the track there.
 
So you just walk in? Can't believe I live 10 minutes away from Silksworth and I've never been to the health centre. I drive 17 miles to the gym :eek:

Aye, I just walk on. The gate is always open even when the office is closed and I've seen loads of others do the same.

Fuck driving 17 miles to go to a gym :lol:
 
tues night and thurs night booked by sland harriers - think wed may be houghton harriers. rest of the time its free to use.
