Ah right I just remember him from the Sunday sun, like you say it was a few year ago since we bought it.Long ago. He now writes for The Times and The Sunday Times.
convertible loan yes...as was widely reported..For no shares in return? Sounds like a loan.
nope. safc is not the borrower..madrox is..Back in debt again then.
Ita obviously good news rather than nothing. Just be good for some clarity! You certainly waited and seed before you joined the board like
No, they've invested.
Hasn't took long for the negatives in a positive story.Sunderland Association Football Club wont see any of it then
Nope, the investment is in SD's company, not SAFCBack in debt again then.
What is Madrox ?convertible loan yes...as was widely reported..
nope. safc is not the borrower..madrox is..
depends if the loan is convertible into shares at a later date..soI think a lot of us laymen will be confused mind! I always thought an investment meant you took shares for your money. If you just give money and possibly get paid money (plus interest) back it's a loan, isn't it? God knows, too complicated for me, just hope the club releases something that clears it up a bit. Certainly not bad news anyway!
so we've basically tried to pass off what's probably a loan as an investment?
madrox debt..not safcs...They've gave the money to Madrox, does that mean it's them with the debt or is it still the clubs debt?
they dont think so...they obviously think he has done a good job in terrible circumstances..
That's Stewart Donald's companyWhat is Madrox ?
Right, waste of time then.Nope, the investment is in SD's company, not SAFC
Fair enough then, nothing to worry about there.madrox debt..not safcs...
Enough to know that if they haven't received any shares in the company then they need some other consideration for the investment.Don't understand how investment works then?
