Objective one: avoid relegation
Objective two: beat the mags

Been a successful season with no complaints. Don't see how he could have done much better based on where we have come from tbf. It's a haway Reggie from me.
Perspective is key... Or it should be. Not on here a lot of the time though. More investment in the summer is all we need imo

I like the bloke a lot BUT I think we are one-dimensional and have been found - if you look at the last 9 games, we've played shoite and we've managed just to beat 3 shoite teams.

Not to mention our cup campaigns

He`s class man yes 100% .

Once those players cross that line its up to them and it was one of our strongest teams got hammered by Forest.

No doubt a few changes will come season end but we made a massive step up from League One to where we sit today .

The Sunderland AFC project goes on with RLB in the driving seat imo.

He is a great fit for the club. My own view is he has worked miracles with the squad shaping it from a bunch of strangers in our first season back in the prem. Id really be disappointed with the board if he's peddled any time soon. It would be such a retrograde step and counter to the whole ethos of what our identity is.

Gotta love the smb, team not only survives its first season back but is gonna be close to qualifying for Europe and we still get should reggie be sacked

Just cast your mind back over the last few years and all the dud managers we've had. We spent money in the summer, but let's not kid ourselves we spent mega bucks in relation to what it normally takes to do reasonably well in the prem league.

Footballs not always been the greatest to watch at times, and friday was a shite performance by all, but with the tools he's had at his disposal, he's done a stand up job

Exactly imagine what other fans think when they see this board , makes us look worse than them up the road or just as bad

Trying to think of clubs that have thanked their head coach and then let them go for an upgrade, rather than a string of poor results or a relegation.

Didn't Southampton do it with Adkins when they brought in Pochettino?
